At AMSG, we believe having Energage conduct an annual team member engagement survey is more about improving AMSG’s employee experience than just earning a badge. We put our team members first in everything we do, from contests for all expenses paid vacations to a hobby program that reimburses team members up to $1,000 per year. We put people over profits and by doing so create long lasting relationships with our people that transcend the traditional organization-to-employee experience.”

Employees agree: AMSG operates by strong values

AMSG uses the Energage Workplace Survey to help foster an engaged culture. Their dedication to listening and responding to employee feedback has contributed to notable improvements, including a six-point increase in operating by strong values. “I love the Energage Platform,” commented Chrissie Constable, Marketing Manager at AMSG. “We read every comment. We love surveying every year so we can see the trends and get all the data. It’s been very helpful.”  

At AMSG, 97% of employees believe the company operates by strong values and is going in the right direction. Chrissie says that growth comes from weaving the company’s six core values into everyday communications.  

The  “6 C’s” as AMSG calls them, include: competence, courage, compassion, character, communication, and community. Chrissie mentioned that AMSG’s CEO, Jim O’Farrell, brings these values up often. Because they are discussed regularly, employees embody the 6 C’s. 

Now, AMSG even sees them come back in their Workplace Survey employee comments, showing that the company’s open communication and actions based on their core values is paying off.
