Energage is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for the widest possible audience. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, regardless of ability, and we make every effort to consistently apply the relevant accessibility standards to our products.

Conformance Criteria & Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It specifies three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Energage products are fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level A and partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some portions of the experience do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Although our goal is full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we strive to apply some Level AAA Success Criteria to our product suite.

Applications are routinely tested using NVDA and VoiceOver screen-readers, color-blindness emulators, and ADA/WCAG compliance scanners.
