DAN McNAIR Director of Training and Development
Dan McNair adds to the Energage team an enthusiasm for leadership training and team building stemming from over 12 years of developing high performance teams in both sports and in business. He brings to the company perspective from experience in corporate management, start-up leadership and as a business owner. A coach by personality, Dan enjoys helping others reach peak performance and fulfillment in their careers. A teacher and mentor to entrepreneurs and business leaders, Dan is passionate about developing leaders and helping them build championship teams through improved communication, increased trust and effective coaching. Dan graduated from Wake Forest University as a student of economics and psychology and is a rowing and triathlon addict. We are happy to welcome him back from his recent 18-month stint of HR consulting and training in SE Asia.

PATTI GREATHOUSE Client Relations Manager
Patti started with Energage in July 2008 as the Client Relations Manager. Prior to joining the Energage team she worked in sales and marketing for more than twenty years. She received an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Austin Community College and worked in the computer field for a number of years. In 1987 Patti met and married Tom, who owned Greathouse Productions Inc., a promotional advertising products company selling to organizations all across the US with numerous sales contractors. Patti joined GPI and helped double the size of the business. In 1999 Patti decided she’d like to do something apart from GPI and she got her Real Estate license. After all, she has the name for it… She worked in model homes for builders in Florida selling new homes with much success.
Patti is originally from Oklahoma City, but grew up in the panhandle of Texas. She has also lived in New Mexico, Florida and now Georgia. In January of 2005 Patti and her husband decided to move to the North Georgia Mountains for a more laid back lifestyle. She and Tom live in a cabin in the woods with Paco (her Chihuahua) and Jackson (Tom’s Poodle). Patti has two daughters (one in CT and another in TX), a stepson (in Atlanta), and a stepdaughter (in Manhattan). She and Tom have also been blessed with seven grandchildren. For a while, Patti moved every two years but now she plans to stay put. She loves where she is and really enjoys helping people at Energage.

ROBERT W. (BOB) COURSON II Director Compensation and Benefits Practice
Bob Courson brings more than 25 years of experience creating compensation and benefits solutions for companies of all shapes and sizes. His expertise is structuring compensation and benefits processes and programs that drive the client's strategic business goals and rewards employee contributions when financial results are achieved. Bob has expertise in benchmarking existing systems as well as developing programs for all employee levels, from administrative to executive. His broad knowledge of compensation systems and benefit program designs bring exceptional value to Energage clients and their employees.
GARRETT KEELER MARKLE Videographer
Garrett has been with Energage since 2007 when he designed the original company website. His role was soon relegated to more minor IT projects and maintenance in the subsequent years as he headed off to college.
Mid 2010 he returned with a vision to establish a video-marketing presence for Energage via Youtube. He has since grown into his role as videographer and general overflow worker for anything digital and had his hand in the design of the new Energage website establishing the prototype and graphics.
Garrett lives in the North Georgia Mountains.
