Amy joined Energage in July of 2007. Amy is responsible for the day to day finances of Energage. She also plans and manages Gary’s travel arrangements and supports him on a daily basis.
Director of Client Experience
Shanna joined Energage as the Marketing Manager in March of 2013. She is currently Energage’s Administrative Director. Shanna is responsible for the daily office operations, general personnel functions, marketing/branding efforts and much more. She brings energy to Energage and enjoys being part of such a dynamic Team!
Associate Director of Administration
Christi joined the Energage team in September 2014. Prior to coming to Energage, she spent several years in business administration, primarily in the healthcare industry and as a small business owner.
Director of Compensation & Benefits Practice
Bob brings more than 25 years of experience creating compensation and benefits solutions for companies of all shapes and sizes. His expertise is structuring compensation and benefits processes and programs that drive the client’s strategic business goals and rewards employee contributions when financial results are achieved.
Rose joined the Energage team in February 2014. She has extensive experience with all aspects of Human Resources (HR) including general HR management, strategic planning, performance management, policy and program development/administration, benefits plan design, compensation, training, employment laws/regulations, recruitment and retention.
Ann joined the Energage team in July 2013, after retiring from Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) as Director of Talent Management after 31.5 years. In her role with ORAU, she managed a team of 10 and was responsible for Employment, Development , Outplacement, and Performance Management.
