Catalytic Coaching Employee Training Goes Online!!

It gives us great pleasure to unveil our latest Energage service offering: Catalytic Coaching Online Employee Orientation. That's right. For the first time, you can train your people to be coachable without having to schedule a series of meetings, import an expert trainer or attempt to become one yourself. You don't even have to wait until you've got enough people needing an orientation to schedule a class. Individuals can take the program whenever they're ready and all they need is an internet connection and password to do it.

This is a service our customers have been requesting from us for years, and now we are able to make it easily available to them.

To build the two-and-a-half hour, five-module interactive training course, Energage partnered with The Quality Group, based in Atlanta, Georgia. As with Catalytic Coaching, much of their core curriculum has been inspired by W. Edwards Deming and the Quality movement.

The Catalytic Coaching Online Employee Orientation was created to accommodate three basic needs:

  1) It can be used in System Converion as part of an overall campaign to teach employees both why and how to change. The online delivery mechanism can be particularly advantageous when people are scattered or the cost of assembling them for a live event is prohibitive.

  2) It's also brilliant for New Employee Orientation -- onboarding new hires as they report to work. The course can be assigned as a key part of an assimilation curriculum.

  3) It's also potentially useful as Refresher Training. Sometimes people simply can't absorb all the information coming at them in a live event at the time a program kicks off. Later on, they're ready for more.
